My family and I enjoyed Mr. Darcy’s Cows for the first time last year. I had never tried locally grown beef and it was amazing! It was more flavorful and less fatty than the usual fare. I also felt great knowing the meat was raised in a humane manner and I was supporting a local farmer. We ate several delicious meals. Thank you Mr. Darcy! We love your cows!
